HERE IS YOUR ANS..

LET TOTAL LENGTH OF JOURNEY = X KM

AKRAM TRAVELLED = 56KM

JOURNEY LEFT = 3/8 of X km

total = 56+ 3x/8

x = 56 + 3x/8

5x/8 = 56

x = 56×8 /5

x = 89.6 km ans.

hope it helps you ☺️

• Distance traveled by Akram = 56 km.

• Left journey = 3/8

____________ [ GIVEN ]

We have to find the length of his (Akram's journey).

• Let the length of Akram's journey be M km/hr.

Now..

» Length of journey = Distance traveled by Akram + Journey left

Here..

Journey left = 3/8 of M

=> 3/8 × M

=> 3M/8

So,

Length of journey = 56 + 3M/8

=> M = 56 + 3M/8

Take LCM

=> M = (448 + 3M)/8

=> 8M = 448 + 3M

=> 8M - 3M = 448

=> 5M = 448

=> M = 89.6 km

=> M = 90 km (approx.)

90 km is the length of Akram's journey.
