After two day of yoga classes my legs and tummy muscles are achy too much on third day what should i do should i continue with the class on third day

Your muscles are working hence lactic acid is getting accumalated in them causing pain and fatigue.
Once they loosen up after regular yoga, you’ll be fine.
So I suggest please continue with your class.

Yes don't leave that. Yoga is good. Don't take a one day break. If it is too serious, then you may take
