The answer to the question is A) it did not allow them to settle on land west of the Appalachian mountains.

Great Britain after they occupied and colonised France and India, decided that they should pass the proclamation of 1763, in which it was clearly stated that the colonists can not settle on the land west of the Appalachian Mountains which made the colonists very angry.

FYEGIRL: This is the correct answer Thanks!!! XD
