Democracy is the idea that is form of govt. in which the most amount of voices can be heard . If one starts with the premises that silencing voice is the worst thing a govt. can do ,  then democracy is the form f the govt. in which more voices can be heard .

Democracy can not survive without the education,

A society enters a period of democratic failure where people are not intelligent to vote for what is more constructive, positive, beneficial, forward-thinking. What raises the living standards and elevates the quality of life the most .
