I think the ans of this question is water because if you see water in the day it will appear green due to the colour of grass and if you see in the afternoon it will appear black due to the colour of the shadow or Sunlight. In evening it will appear blue due to the colour of the sky and if you see in night it will appear white because of the colour of the Moon. It is all due to the reflection in the water.
