This is deep physics given by Albert Einstein .
According to this , he told that time is 4th dimension . Before his this concept , it was believed that there were only 3 dimensions present in the universe ( if we plot on graph then it will be x axis ,
y axix and z axis ) , but later on it was told by scientists that there are 10 dimensions in this universe . Yet they are not found . Only upto time dimension it is found .
& you can't go to time dimensions , because human have ability to see and observe only 3 dimensions ( lenght , breadth and depth ) . So it is impossible for a common human to go to time dimensions but it may be possible in future , because of some newly technology , that human can go to 4th dimensions of space .
Lets take example to understand:-
See an ant on a wire from 3-4 metre away . You will se a straight line ( just wire ) . But look in the way of an ant , she will feel that wire like a sphere .
This example just shows that nature of human and capacity and also it depends on the criteria and place and many more things .
So , basically upto now , it is quite impossible . & hope we can go in future because some of the greatest scientists .

hey Varun! your curiosity is appreciated but its not that easy as u think it is......the 4th dimension which is sometimes refered to as time also is an undefined ping in the space-time millenium. the 4ht dimension can not be represented on the 8 octates though it's structure can be visualized by imagining a cube inside a cube. We can not 'chale' in any other dimension (beyond the 3rd) but a flick in the timeline can surely prove its existence. You can relate this to time travel too.
To be clear, this topic is far beyond the reach of the current intelligent life and it shall remain like that only until we have both the knowledge and the resources......
