Agarkar was going to bleach his socks because they had gotten muddy the day before.
As he was pouring the bleach into the washing machine, he spilled some on the floor.

He got some cleaning fluid and mopped it up with a rag.

Minutes later Agarkar was dead.

What killed Agarkar ?

Ammonia is found in many cleaning fluids.

As he mixed cleaning fluid with Bleach, Ammonia in cleaning fluid react with Bleach to form a deadly gas.

That gas killed Agarkar.

Most of cleaning fluids consist of ammonia gas. Agarkar mixed the cleaning fluid while pouring in the washing machine.  So, mixing of ammonia and bleach may led to the formation of deadly gas which killed Agarkar.

duragpalsingh: thanks.
