Answer:

present age of A is 30.and present age of B is 90.

Step-by-step explanation:

age of A is 1/3age of B .

i.e A=1/3B......eq 1

after 15 years ,

A age is 1/2 of B.

i.e A+15=1/2B......eq2

substitute the value of A in equation 2.

that becomes

1/3B+15=1/2B

1/3B-1/2B= -15

by doing L.C.M.

2B-3B/6 = -15

-B = -15x 6

-B = -90

Therefore B= 90.

substitute the value of B in equation 1.

A= 1/3B

A= 1/3 x 90

A= 30

verification: A +15 = 1/2B

30+15 = 1/2 x 90

45. = 45

Hence it's proved.
