Let ,

His Uncle age = x

So,

Age of Jakie = 9x

After 9 Years,

For Jakie = 9x + 9

For His Uncle = x + 9

9x + 9 = 3( x + 9 )

9x + 9 = 3x + 27

9x - 3x = 27 - 9

6x = 18

x = 18/6

x = 3

So,

Jakie Present Age = 9x = 27

His Uncle's Present Age = x = 3

After 9 Years ,

Jakie = 9x + 9 = 27 + 9 = 36

His Uncle Age = x + 9 = 12.
