Answer:

Option B is the Correct Answer.

Step-by-step explanation:

As, the present ages of A and B are in ratio 3:4,

Let Present Age of A be 3x.

Let Present Age of B be 4x.

6 years from now,

A's present age is (3x+6) and B's Present age be (4x+6).

According to your question

(3x+6):(4x+6) = 5:6

= (3x+6)/(4x+6) = 5/6

= 6(3x+6) = 5(4x+6)

= 18x+36 = 20x+30

=  18x-20x= 30-36

= -2x = -6

= x = 3

A's Present age = 3x = 3*3 = 9 years

B's Present age = 4x = 4*3 = 12 years
