=> Let us consider

=> Son's ages = x

=> Two years ago son age = x - 2

=> His father age at that time = 3 ( x- 2 )

=> Present age of father = 3x - 6 + 2

=> The present age of father = 3x + 4

=> Two year hence father age = 3x - 4 + 2

=> Two years hence father age = 3x - 2

=> Two years hence son age = x + 2

Given :-

=> 5 × ( x + 2 ) = 2 × ( 3x - 2 )

=> 5x + 10 = 6x - 4

=> x = 14

Son present age x = 14 years.

Father present age = ( 3 × 14 ) - 4

Father present age = 38 years.

I hope this will help you dear..
