First check the no. Of atoms each type of atom contains.

L. H. S. R. H. S.

Silver = 1 1

Nitrogen = 1 1

Oxygen = 3 + 1 3 + 1

Hydrogen = 2 1 ×2

AgNO3 + H2O gives AgO + 2HNO3

L. H. S. R. H. S.

Silver = 1 1

Nitrogen = 1 2

Oxygen = 3 ×2+ 1 1 + 6

Hydrogen = 2 2

2AgNO3 + H2O gives AgO + 2HNO3

L. H. S. R. H. S.

Silver = 2 1

Nitrogen = 2 2

Oxygen = 6 + 1 1 + 6

Hydrogen = 2 2

So this is the way how to do but this equation is wrong as silver nitrate simply dissolves in water and gives nothing.
