Solution:

Rather than going into all details just use the information  that

Ahil was born on  29th feb Hence in a leap year

Age to be found on 29th feb 2020  ( which is a leap year )  

A leap year is a year which is divisible by 4   / divisible by 400 if if its century year)

So Ahil born on leap year hence age on any leap year  must be multiple of 4

Check given options:

a) 88  = 4 x 22

b) 77   not divisible by 4

c) 66    not divisible by 4

d) 99     not divisible by 4

Hence only possible option is 88

he will be  88 years on 29th Feb 2020
