Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Let Hafiz Be X

Given That Ali is Twice the Age of Hafiz:

Ali = 2x

Ahmad = X + 10 ( Ten years older than Hafiz)

After 8 years:

Ahmad = X + 10 + 8 = X + 18

Ali = 2 ( X + 8 )

Sum of Ahmad's Age and Ali's Age:

x + 18 + 2 ( x + 8 ) = 46

x + 18 + 2x + 16 = 46

3x + 34 = 46

3x = 46 - 34

3x = 12

Therefore X  = 4

Hafiz  = 4 years

Ahmad = x + 10

Ahmad = 4 + 10

Ahmad = 14 years

Ali = 2 ( x + 8 )

Ali = 2 ( 4 + 8 )

Ali = 2 ( 12 )

Ali = 24 years.
