Ahmadabad and Arunachal Pradesh see the sun at noon overhead twice a year but not Delhi Why?

This happens because, both Ahmedabad and Kolkata lies within the tropic of cancer i.e.23° North while Delhi lies to the North of tropic of cancer, i.e.29° North.
Therefore, Delhi can never have the mid-day sun exactly over head twice a year..
