Explanation

See,jee stands for joint entrance examination. It is of two categories, mains and advanced. The questions are multiple choice type with negative marking.

In mains, there are 90 questions of 4 marks each for 3 hours. In advanced, which is conducted by IIT,two papers are held of 3 hours each. You have to clear a minimum cutoff in both the exams for securing a seat.

Hope it helps you.All the best!!!
