value of l lies between 0 to n-1
hence possible value are from 0 to (3-1)=0 to 2
possible value are 0,1 and 2
Now value of ml lies between -l to l I.e
if l=0 then ml=0
if l=1 then ml= -1,0,1
if l=2 then ml= -2,-1,0,1,2
And ms=1/2 or -1/2
