AIDS is a deadly syndrome because the HIV virus destroys the immune system of a person and damages it. Thus our body can no longer fight against minor infection. Every small cold can become pneumonia and a minor gut infection can produce major diarrhoea with blood loss. Ultimately it is there infections that kill people suffering from HIV-AIDS

HOPE THIS HELPS
