AIDS causes the destruction of the immune system of a human body. 
This leads to the easier attack of other diseases and hence, infections.
 Therefore, AIDS is a disease of multiple infections.

yes, it is a multiple infections it can spread through sexual relationship such as mother feeding his child,sexual contact etc it would not spread through casual contact such as hand shake,hugs etc
