Aids stand for acquired immuno deficiency syndrome..Means deficiency of immune system acquired during the lifetime of an individual..It is not a disease but a syndrome which weaken our immune system and loss the capacity of body to fight with disease causing organism..In this way it indirectly become a means of disease..
