Aim:- To study the conduction of water through a plant body.
Materials Required:- A small twig with white flowers, beaker, water and food colour(red)
Procedure:- Leave the twig overnight in coloured water. Observe the colour of the flowers next day. Cut a thin transverse section of the stem and observe it under a microscope.
