Aim: To study the effect of yeast on dough. Material required: Half-kilogram flour, yeast powder, a vessel, warm water, a lid for covering. Procedure: 1. Take half kilogram flour in a vessel and mix with warm water. 2. Add a small amount of yeast powder and knead to make a soft dough. 3. Keep the kneaded dough covered for two hours. 4. After two hours open the lid and observe the change that has occurred.
