. Schools and universities help in creating awareness about the rights of the consumer through their curriculums and various activities. ​Well aware and educated consumers can protect themselves fromany form of exploitation and cheating. They are better able to safeguard their owninterests.
ii. The following values must be present within oneself for being able to excercise one own rigths.
   a. Awareness 
   b. Courage
iii. Performance of an organisation is affected by a variety of external forces such as economic, social, political, technological or legal environment. These factors are outside the purview of an organisation but affects its performance. Thus, as a result of changes in any of these factors business organisation are not always able to achieve all their objectives.
