The Indian constitution which begins with Preamble clearly states that Indian citizens will be granted :

Socialist society

Democratic politics

Republic elections

Justice

Liberty

Equality

Fraternity

No person can be discrimination on the basis of Inequality or negotiated on any basis , or get discriminated on basis of their skill , caste , gender , economic status , creed or etc.

Justice is the act of providing rights and safeguard rights of those who have been wronged or denied their rights .

It also includes the punishment of those who have done something wrong .

Indian politics is divided into 3 spheres :

Legislature which makes the laws .

Executive which executes the laws

Judiciary which looks after the people who follow the rules and punish those who don't .
