Aims of Hindu undivided family business are as follows :-

•Membership :- A person became a member in the family business by virtue of his birth in the family no formal agreement is necessary between the family members the membership is restricted to three successive generations only male members can be compared and female relative of a decreased mail answer will have a share after the death of the copper and sir minor are also full flash members of the family business there is no limit on the number of members.

•Liability :- The liability of the Karta is unlimited liability of the Other member is limited to the extent of their share in the property of the family business.
