For gases, the volume percentage = mole percentage

The mole fraction of carbon dioxide = 1% = .01

The total pressure = 1 bar = 750.0615613026439 mmHg

Partial Pressure of carbon dioxide = .01 * 750.0615613026439 = 7.50 mmHg

Similar will be the case of N2 and O2.

Calculate the mole fraction of the gas and then derive the partial pressure.
