From Henry's law, gas dissolved in liquid is directly proportional to partial pressure of the gas. Oxygen dissolved in water is app. 35.6% compared to 21% in air. Oxygen is highly soluble in water than other gases because of its small size due to which it can easily go between the water molecules. Oxygen also forms hydrogen bonding with water due to which it is easily soluble.
