Time takes by Air = 15min = 15 / 60 h = 1/4 h
Time takes by Road = 8 h
TO FIND
(i). Avg. Speed of aeroplane
= Displacement / Time
= 260 / (1 / 4)
= 260 x 4 = 1040 km /h
(ii). Average Speed of aeroplane
& Average velocity of aeroplane both are same for aeroplane = 1040 km/hr

i mean to say what will be the velocity if we consider road distance and time
as velocity = displacement / time. No where mentioned about displacement. only distance was given. so we can find out speed by road.
