air of density 1.2 kg/m3 is blowing across the horizontal wings of an aeroplane in such a way that the speed above and below the wings are 150m/s and 100m/s respectively. the pressure of difference between the upper and lower sides of the wings??? plz answer to experts!

The pressure of difference between both is 7500 pa

Using the relation,

Pabove + (ρair2) v² above = P below + (ρair2) v²below

The difference in the pressure results in an aerodynamic lift.

Thus,

The difference in pressure is the resultant force per unit area on the wing

Aerodynamic lift = Pbelow − Pabove

= (ρair2) v²above−(ρair2) v²below

= 1.2 [150² − 100²]

= 1.2 (150+100) (150−100)

= 1.2 × 250 × 50

= 7500

Thus, The pressure is 7500 Pa
