Aizawl weather balloon becomes larger as it goes up to higher altitude why

Bcz .. the air pressure at higher atmospheric level is low..

So .. when the balloon go at higher lever extarnal pressure reduces on it so it makes equilibrium by reducing inner pressure i.e it increases volume..
