Ajay and Vijay are partners sharing profit and losses in the ratio of 3:2. they decide to take admin into partnership from 1st April 2020 for 1/6 share in the profits. for this purpose, Goodwill is to be valued at three years purchase of average profit of last four years. profit for the last four year were: 2017...rs 70,000 2018.....rs 1,00,000 2019...rs 55,000 (loss) and 2020 rs 1,45,000...... calculate the value of goodwill.....
