Ajay, Ramya, Suresh and Mary are at one end of a bridge. It is pitch dark and they have only one torch light. They need to get to the other side and have to carry the torch. Ajay can cover the distance in 1 minute, Suresh in 2 minutes, Ramya in 5 minutes

ramaya will go first holding the tourch after him will go ramya taking the tourch from him  and ramaya will walk with him when both are tired ajay will come and take the tourch and will take the other two all the way to the end
