simplify clearances for industries

The Ajay shankar committee is to work on simplifying and making a single framework for government clearances across multiple sectors.  He is the former Industry secretary.
That is for easing the settting up of Industries , mainly, manufacturing industries.  This is in relation to the "make In India" programme.    India seems to be ranked badly for getting permits for construction work , contracts etc.
