Answer:

cp of ajit =8500

p%=8%

p=680

sp=8500+680=9180

let cp be 100

p =4%×100=4

sp=104

if sp is 104, cp is 100

if sp is 1 cp is 100÷104

if sp is 9140 , cp is 100÷104×9180

cp of vijay= 9460

Answer:

₹ 9547.2 or simply ₹9547..

Step-by-step explanation:

Ajit bought a camera for ₹ 8500

Ajit sold it to Deepak at 8% profit

So Deepak paid (₹8500 + 8% of ₹8500) = ₹9180

Now Deepak sold it again to Vijay at 4% profit.

So Vijay paid (₹9180 + 4% of ₹9180) = ₹9547.2

[8% of ₹8500 = (8500*8)/100 = ₹680

Similarly, 4% of ₹9180 = (9180*4)/100 = ₹367.2]

Hope this explanation is good enough to make you understand the way of solving these types of questions in future...
