Ajit, Nitin, Gaurav and Vikrant are equal partners in a firm. They want to diversify their
business and need funds. Ajit, Nitin and Gaurav want that a new partner Ravish may be
admitted into the firm. But Vikrant opposes this idea. Can Ravish be admitted even if
one partner out of 4 partners is opposed to it?
