Given,  

salam do 20% work in 3 days

salam do alone remaining work in 20 days

20% was finished ajith therefore the remaining was eightieth

so,  

salam did eightieth in twenty days

so in one day the work done would be four-dimensional

4×25=100

1×25=25

so 25 days

Ajit alone  do work in 25 days
