distance=5 km

             =5000 m

 time =20  minutes

         =20*60 sec

         =1200 sec

velocity =distance /time

             =5000/1200

           =4.16 m/sec

           = 4.16*0.06 km/min

           =0.2496 km/min

as we know velocity =distance/time so we divide  the value of distance and time .To convert m/sec into km/min we have to multiply it with 0.06 km/min .
