Akash and Ravi are running in a park. Akash said that his weight is 70 kg. kay
that he would not like to disclose his weight but, he gave a hint; he said that his
40 kg less than twice of 3/4 of his original weight. Find the weight of Ravi.​

Weight of Ravi will be 80kgs

Weight of Akash = 70kg  (Given)

Let weight of Ravi be = x kgs

Since, weight of Ravi is 40kgs less than twice of 3/4 of his original weight, then -  

x = 2 × 3/4 × x - 40

x = 3x/2 - 40

3x/2 - x = 40

3x-2x/2 = 40

x/2 = 40

x = 40 × 2

x = 80

Therefore, weight of Ravi is 80kg.
