let the age of aakash be x
and vineet be x+5
so, 3 × (x) : 4 × (x+5)
3/4 = x/(x+5)
3(x+5) = 4x
3x+15 = 4x
4x-3x = 15
x = 15
and x+15 = 5+15 = 20
age of akash will be 15 and of vineet is 20.
