Let Akash's salary be x
ATQ
Simran's salary = x - ( 20 % of x )
= x - x/5
= 4x/5
simran's salary = 4x/5
ATQ
Neha's salary = 4x/5 - ( 20% of Simran's salary )
= 4x/5 - ( 1/5 × 4x/5 )
= 4x/5 ( 1 - 1/5 )
= 16x/25
Neha's salary = 16x/25
To find
Akash's salary - Neha's salary
= x - 16x/25
= ( 25x - 16x )/25
= 9x / 25
= 9x × 100% / 25
= 9x × 4%
=> 36 %
