Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

for subject a he scored 73 marks out of 150 marks

which is 73/150 x 100 =49%

he scored 56% mark in subject b

the scored x mark in subject c

which is x/150 x 100 = 2x/3%

the overall percentage = (a% + b% + c%)/3=54%

                                       = (49 + 56 + 2x/3)/3= 54%

                                         105 + 2x/3 =54 x 3

                                                 2x/3 =162-105

                                                  2x/3 = 57

                                                   2x= 57 x 3

                                                       x= 171/2

                                                        x= 85.5%

      mark he got ----- y/150 x 100 = 85.5

                                     y =   ( 85.5 x 100)/150

                                      y = 57
