1/2|1(2-1)+2(1-3)+5(3-2)|=0

1(1)+2(-2)+5(1)=0

1-4+5=0

2 is not equal to 0 so,I don't agree with Akhila.

if it helped plz mark me brainliest

No, we are not agree with Akhila.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Akhila says points A(1,3),B(2,2),C(5,1) are collinear.

To find : Do you agree with akhila?why?

Solution :

When three points are collinear then the condition is

x_1(y_2 - y_3) + x_2(y_3 - y_1) + x_3(y_1 - y_2) = 0

If Akhila point satisfy this condition then we are agree with Akhila otherwise not.

Here, x_1 =1, x_2 =2,x_3 = 5, y_1 = 3, y_2 =2, y_3 =1

Substituting the values,

1(2-1) +2(1- 3) +5(3 - 2) = 0

1+2(-2)+5(1)= 0

1-4+5= 0

2\neq0

Akhila points are not collinear.

Therefore, No we are not agree with Akhila.
