The Cherry tree is a poem that talks about a fine cherry plant that the poet had planted nearly eight years from the present date.

The poem also described what difficulties he had to face in order to sustain the tree and keep it alive.

This included watering the cherry plant every day and he was very concerned about protecting the tree from all forms of dangers that could come to it.

There were huge rains and the plant could somehow find an upward thrust of the shoots that explained their struggle and urge to live.

So the poet felt that he was somewhat aligned with nature quite closely.

This whole phenomena is not just for a cherry tree but for everything else in life.

Every living creature has to fight very hard to succeed and sustain life.
