Answer :-

Given :-

Akshita invested :-

  • ⅜ in share market.

  • ⅐ in real estate.

  • Remaining in buying a car

To Find :-

  • Part of money she used in buying a car.

Solution :-

Let the total amount be x.

Money invested in share market = ⅜ x

Money invested in real estate = ⅐ x

Total money invested in share market and real estate = ⅜ x + ⅐ x

= 21x + 8x / 56

= 29x / 56

Amount of money she used in buying a car = x - 29x / 56

= 56x - 29x / 56

= 27x / 56

Hence, part of money she used in buying a car is 27 / 56.

Let fixed be x .

3/8 of x = in share market = 3x/8

1/7 of x = in real estate = x/7

remaining = x - x/7 - 3x/8

=> (56x-8x-21x)/56

=> (56-29)x/56

=> 27/56

part of money used = 27/56 Ans.
