Answer:

Aluminium will displace copper , iron and zinc from their solution because aluminium is more reactive than these three elements . Reactions are :Al+Cuso4 gives Also4+Cu Al+Feso4 gives Also4+Fe Al+Znso4 gives Also4+Zn

Answer:

Aluminum is the most reactive metal and can displace copper (Cu), iron (Fe), and zinc (Zn) from their solutions.

When Al metal is added to CuSO₄:

  • The blue solution becomes colorless.
  • The copper metal (reddish-brown) gets accumulated.
  • Al + CuSO₄ → AlSO₄ + Cu

When Al metal is added to FeSO₄:

  • The green solution becomes colorless.
  • The iron metal (greyish black) gets accumulated.
  • 3 FeSO₄ (aq) + 2 Al (s) → Al₂(SO₄)₃ (aq) + 3 Fe (s)

When Al metal is added to ZnSO₄:

  • No change in the solution.
  • Greyish zinc metal accumulates on Aluminium metal.
  • Al + ZnSO₄ → AlSO₄ + Zn
