Advertisements are information that are conveyed to the public with commercial or personal interest.

Advertisement designing:

  • Advertisements could be in posters/ pamphlets/ circulars/ newspapers/ even through electronic medium like mobile, television, radio, etc.,
  • When we are asked to design an advertisement we must use poster model advertisement.
  • Advertisement making needs creativity and skill to provide the information to people.
  • Advertisements must be attractive and even colourful so that the readers' attention is captured.
  • They must be done within a box.
  • Words in it must be short to convey the idea soon.
  • On the top centre of the box we must give the name of person/ organisation who issues the information.
  • Under that in the centre write the topic.
  • Leave some space and in the middle give the main idea.
  • We can also write short messages on both sides inside a design providing the date and venue (if necessary).

Drafting advertisement for grocery store:

  • For the question given, we can write an imaginary name such as "World Store".
  • Under that we can write captions like "Stay home, stay safe, stay ordering".
  • Then we can use wordings like "Don't need to step out for grocery from now! We are here for you working round the clock to save you from the pandemic. Now just buy grocery with a tap on phone and get them delivered within 15 minutes by healthy vaccinated persons."
  • We can have a colourful background and pictures of grocery items too.
