firstly convert it in m/s....

80 × 5/18.
22.22 m/s is the answer....

• According to your question we should convert 80km / hr to m / s

• we know 1 km = 1000 m , and 1 hr = 3600 seconds

therefore,

80km / hr = ( 80 X 1000 ) / 3600

equals to, 200 / 9 m / s

approximately 22.2 m/s
