Albert took some grains of boiled rice in test tube A. Bernard took boiled and
chewed rice in test tube B. Both of them poured 1-2 drops of Iodine solution
in to the test tube and observed the colour change. Predict the observations in
test tube A and B and give reason to it.

ans- I observation that the test tube A and B
change to colour violet because chewed rice and boiled rice contents carbohydrates which
mix with the lodine solution they give the presence of Carbohydrates means violet colour.
