Alexander and Alice were childhood friends. Alexander was a reticent guy while Alice was very lively and extrovert. Although their personalities were opposite but still it did not affect their friendship and they were best friends. They were from same school, college and University and after their graduation luckily they got job in the same organization. They were both appointed for the same post of assistant managers. Although Alexander was more intelligent and hardworking, but still he managed to be appointed at a salary package of $300/month and due to Alice’s charismatic personality, he managed to impress the interview panel and get appointed for the same job position with $350/month.
Alexander prefers sitting in his office and do his job instead of mixing with other colleagues while Alice soon becomes apple of everyone’s eye due to his friendly nature. Everyone likes him and wants to spend time with him. But it’s not like that Alice does not perform his duty. Alice is also hardworking guy and completes all his tasks on time.
Does Alexander’s performance will get affected and what will be the outcomes on his job?

Explanation:
Sometimes too, our ideas and performance can get a bit stale. We can find ourselves just repeating what we have done before. We get trapped in repetitive thinking and find it hard to break free from that to produce something new. (If we keep on doing what we know, we will keep on repeating what we have always done.)
We can also find ourselves spiralling downward into depression, negative thinking, and self-doubt. These emotions rob us of our enthusiasm and can decrease our chances of creating positive outcomes. Obviously, this is not ideal.
