(x–1)² = 2x+3

or, x²–2x+1 = 2x+3

or, x²–4x–2 = 0

or, x² + (–4)x + (–2) = 0

a = 1, b = 4, c = 2

Answer:

0 is the right answer

SOLUTION -

(x - 1) ^2 = 2x+3

= x^2-2x+1 =2x+3

=x^2-4x-2=0

So, it is the form ax^2+bx+c =0

Where a=1,b= -4 and c= -2
